You are responsible for the prompts you submit and ensuring they do not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

The prompts you provide are sent to third-party AI models (e.g., Gemini API) for processing. We are not responsible for the output generated by these third-party AI models. The accuracy, reliability, and appropriateness of the enhanced prompts are not guaranteed.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third-party AI models), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FAIenhancer and its licensors.

You retain all rights to the original prompts you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your prompts solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
